75 years of UN-Human Rights: HUMAN Concert Premiere in Berlin

In the midst of stirring global events, the concert premiere of Helge Burggrabe’s HUMAN orchestral work on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, in Berlin addresses humanity. The musical work is inspired by the UN human rights, which were adopted 75 years ago by the United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948.

The expressive HUMAN orchestral music will be played at the HUMAN concert premiere by the German Chamber Orchestra with the Hamburg percussion ensemble Elbtonal and the pianist John Kameel Farah under the direction of the British conductor Catherine Larsen-Maguire.

The music is expanded and deepened by recitations by the film actress Julia Jentsch
